Amy is a native of Iredell County, North Carolina with her husband, Shannon and her two children, Justin and Abby. Amy and her family attend St. Mark Baptist Church in Statesville. Amy is a graduate of West Iredell High School in Statesville, North Carolina. Amy is a 1998 graduate from King’s College in Charlotte, North Carolina, where she earned her Paralegal degree. Amy is also a certified paralegal through the North Carolina State Bar. The last 13 years, Amy worked with the law firm of Benbow and Martin, PC, before she joined Ralston, Benton, Byerley & Moore, PLLC in 2019. Amy primarily handles domestic and civil litigation matters in the Mooresville, North Carolina location. Amy has been employed in the legal field for over 20 years.

In her spare time, Amy enjoys spending time with her family, camping, volunteering, and being her children’s biggest fan in their sports and extracurricular activities.
