Once we’ve received the executed Offer to Purchase contract, our process begins. Our attorneys will perform title searches to determine if there are any pending loans, liens or other encumbrances on the property, hold certain funds in trust/escrow, obtain title insurance on the property and prepare documents to convey the property from the seller to the buyer. If you are not familiar with this process, we recommend working with a qualified real estate agent/broker when you decide to buy or sell.We will coordinate with your agent and lender to ensure a smooth closing process with no delays.

On closing day, one of our closing attorneys will go over the paperwork with you and address any remaining questions or concerns you may have. Once all necessary documents are signed and complete, we will record the deed and deed of trust (if applicable) at the register of deeds and issue a final title opinion to the title company.
